Plans move. Our policies are published, identical for every account, and applied the same way every time, so your travel policy can point at a fixed number instead of a maybe.

Free changes and cancellations

Within the GTA: free 2 or more hours before pickup.
Out of town: free 3 or more hours before pickup.
Group bookings and weddings: free 24 or more hours before pickup.

Changing the time, the vehicle, or the address is free up to the same cutoff. Nothing is prepaid, so a cancelled trip inside the window costs nothing.

Complimentary airport wait

Every airport arrival includes 60 minutes for international arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic, counted from wheels-down rather than from the scheduled time.

Beyond the included window, waiting is $10 per 10 minutes. There is no charge for the wait itself when a flight simply runs late.

Flight delays handled for you

We track every flight automatically and adjust dispatch accordingly. No need to call. If the flight is delayed two hours, the chauffeur arrives two hours later, at no extra charge.

An early landing moves the pickup earlier the same way, so a traveller is never left waiting on the car.
