About this route.
Hamilton is our second-most-common long-distance route. Most trips are McMaster faculty, downtown business travellers, or family runs into Westdale and Dundas. Forty-five minutes down the QEW on a normal day; an hour on a bad one.
Note the two different Hamilton rates: Hamilton Downtown ($140 Sedan) is the harbour, James Street North, and McMaster. Hamilton Mountain ($154 Sedan) is up the escarpment — the extra climb costs a little more, not less. Both are GTAA-tariff flat rates. Neighbouring towns like Stoney Creek and Ancaster are their own published rate (about $147) — not the Mountain rate. If you're not sure which applies to your address, call us before booking.

Frequently asked.
How long does Pearson to Hamilton take?
Forty-five minutes to an hour, depending on QEW traffic. The Burlington Skyway is the bottleneck; closures can add real time, so we monitor it ahead of every dispatch.
Why are there two Hamilton rates?
Hamilton Downtown and Hamilton Mountain are far enough apart that one flat rate would short-change one or the other. Downtown is $140; the Mountain, up the escarpment, is $154. Both are GTAA-tariff published rates. If your address is up the escarpment, the Mountain rate applies. Nearby towns like Stoney Creek and Ancaster have their own rate (about $147).
Can you also do John C. Munro Hamilton International (YHM)?
Yes. Pearson to YHM is its own route. Call us for a quote; it's typically billed similarly to Pearson-Hamilton-Downtown.
Do you go to Burlington and Oakville?
Yes. Burlington and Oakville are both flat-rate destinations from Pearson; rates are similar to Hamilton's. Aldershot and Bronte are also covered.
