A real chauffeuring job.
Steady dispatch from a 50-year-old Toronto company. Real pay for real work. No five apps open at once, no surge-pricing race to the bottom, no algorithm telling you what your time is worth.
What it's like to drive for us.
We're hiring professional chauffeurs across the GTA and around Ontario. Some of our drivers have been with us five years. Some twenty. The job has changed (the cars, the dispatch tools, the bookings coming from a web form instead of a fax). The work hasn't.
Steady dispatch
You drive for Airview. Our dispatcher fills your shift, books your trips, and pays you for them. No platform shopping, no chasing across three apps, no algorithm-driven idle time.
Fair, predictable pay
Per-trip pay, agreed before the wheels move. Pay periods on a calendar, not on a moving target. We pay for waiting time on long airport delays. We pay for what you actually do.
A real profession
Suit, uniform, badge. Long-standing customers who know your name. The kind of work that earns referrals and tips, not one-star ratings from rideshare passengers who didn't tip on principle.
Commercial standard
Every Airview trip runs as pre-arranged, fully insured commercial work: dispatched, documented, traceable. We hold the municipal and GTAA licences, and we walk you through getting your vehicle and paperwork to that standard before your first dispatch.
Dispatch has your back
Twenty-four-hour live dispatch behind every shift. Flight delayed? They reroute your day. Customer issue? They handle it. You're not negotiating fares from the driver's seat.
Your vehicle, our standard
You bring your own late-model black sedan or SUV that meets the Airview standard: clean, inspected, and carrying the AIRVIEW plate with your car number. We provide the dispatch, the bookings, the brand, and the standards. The asset stays yours; the work stays steady.
Requirements & preferences.
Most of what we look for is in the small things: how you treat the dispatcher on the phone, how you show up for the interview, how you handle a vehicle on a real road. The formal requirements below are the floor.
Required
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence, held for at least 3 years
- Your own late-model black sedan or SUV meeting Airview standards (clean, inspected, plate-branded AIRVIEW before your first dispatch)
- Clean five-year MTO driving abstract
- Clean criminal background check
- Eligible to work in Canada
- GTAA Pearson chauffeur permit (we can help you obtain if not held)
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Comfortable navigating the GTA and Pearson terminals
Preferred
- Prior chauffeuring, limousine, or executive transport experience
- Defensive driving certification
- AODA accessibility training
- Comfort with corporate, VIP, or wedding clients
- Open availability for evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts
- Multilingual (French, Mandarin, Punjabi, Spanish, etc.)
Four steps.
Most applications get a yes-or-no within a week. If we move forward, expect a road evaluation with a senior dispatcher and reference checks.
-
Send us your details. Email careers@airview.limo with your résumé, MTO driving abstract (a recent one), and a sentence on why you want to drive for Airview specifically. Or call 1-866-225-1555 and ask for the hiring desk.
-
Quick phone screen. Ten minutes with the dispatch manager to talk about your experience, your availability, and what role suits you (regular shift, weekend, corporate-only, weddings).
-
In-person interview & road evaluation. A senior dispatcher rides with you on a real route (usually a simulated Pearson trip). We're watching for professionalism, smoothness, route knowledge, and customer-service instincts.
-
Reference checks, paperwork, training. Two references contacted directly. AODA training and Airview's customer-service training before your first solo dispatch. Most candidates are dispatched within two weeks of the interview.
