How a wedding day runs with Airview
Wedding itineraries are bespoke, so dispatch builds yours with you: pickup addresses, ceremony, photo stops, reception, and the late-night ride home if you want one. Multi-stop days are priced as a single flat quote in advance, so there is no meter running while the photographer asks for one more shot.

Family flying in for the wedding? We are GTAA-licensed at Toronto Pearson and track every flight automatically, so a delayed arrival adjusts the pickup on its own. Waiting time is included from wheels-down: 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, which is enough for customs, baggage, and a change of clothes in the terminal washroom.
We can run guest pickups across the GTA and deliver everyone to the hotel or straight to the rehearsal dinner, all under the same dispatcher who is running your wedding day.

Dispatch quotes your itinerary in advance as one flat figure. Fares include HST, gratuity is entirely at your discretion, and we never charge surge pricing, on a Saturday in June or any other day.
