About this route.
Guelph is about 75 km from Pearson, usually an hour on the 401 and Highway 6, which makes it one of the easier runs outside the GTA and one of the busiest. The fare is flat and published, so a Friday afternoon departure and a Tuesday morning one cost the same. Arriving, your chauffeur meets the flight you actually landed on. Departing, we set the pickup with the Highway 6 interchange and your check-in window in mind.
One rate covers the whole city, from the university in the south to the Woodlawn business parks in the north. The 401 westbound through Mississauga and Milton is the variable stretch, and it is our problem rather than yours.

Frequently asked.
How long is the drive between Pearson and Guelph?
About 75 km, and typically 50 to 70 minutes. The range depends on when you travel rather than on the route. For departures our 24/7 dispatch suggests a pickup time with an honest buffer for your terminal and check-in; for arrivals we track the flight, so the timing is our problem, not yours.
Is the flat rate really flat, and what does it include?
Yes. One published rate covers every address in Guelph, any time of day, any day of the week. It includes HST and airport waiting time, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down. There is no surge pricing and no night premium, and gratuity is entirely at your discretion. The number you see when you book is the number you pay.
What happens if my flight into Pearson is delayed?
Nothing you need to manage. Every flight is tracked automatically, so your chauffeur meets the plane you actually arrive on, not the schedule you booked. From wheels-down you have 60 minutes of included waiting on international flights and 30 on domestic, enough time for passport control and baggage. Beyond that, waiting is $10 per 10 minutes. If plans change altogether, cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup.
How early should the car collect me for a morning flight?
For a departure before 9 a.m. we usually suggest leaving Guelph about three and a half hours ahead: an hour for the drive with a real buffer for the 401 through Milton and Mississauga, and the rest for bag drop and security. Dispatch will suggest a time when you book and will say so plainly if we think it is too tight.
Do you serve the university residences during move-in and exams?
Yes, and those weeks are the busiest on this route. Book further ahead than usual for the September move-in weekend and the December and April exam periods, when several hundred students leave for the airport across the same few days.
How much luggage fits, and when should I book the Executive SUV?
The Sedan is a Lexus ES, comfortable for up to 3 passengers with 3 bags. The Executive SUV is a GMC Yukon XL, seating up to 6 with room for 5 bags, and it is a flat $20 above the Sedan. Pick the SUV for four or more travellers, oversized items like golf clubs or skis, or a long trip's worth of checked luggage. Groups of 7 or more travel in multiple vehicles, timed to arrive together.
