Guelph is close enough to Pearson that an airport run is an ordinary errand here, about an hour down the Hanlon and the 401, and far enough that a taxi meter or a surge multiplier turns it into a gamble. On the way home your flight is tracked automatically, so a delay simply moves the driver's timing without a call from you. - The University of Guelph is a daily address, and the fare to the campus is the same city rate as everywhere else. A parent booking for a student can enter the student as the passenger so the driver's text goes to the right phone.
- South end pickups around Clair Road and Gordon Street reach the 401 fastest by way of the Hanlon; the north end and the Woodlawn business parks come down Highway 6 or Victoria Road, a few minutes more.
- For a flight before 7 a.m., a pickup around three and a half hours ahead is comfortable from anywhere in the city; domestic flights need a little less.

How long does it take to get from Guelph to Pearson?
About an hour off-peak, roughly 75 kilometres by way of the Hanlon Expressway and Highway 401. The variable stretch is the 401 through Milton and Mississauga, which on a weekday morning can add twenty to thirty minutes, so we time the pickup around live conditions rather than a hopeful average.
When should I be picked up for an early morning flight?
For an international departure before 7 a.m., a pickup around three and a half hours ahead puts you at the terminal with the 401 still empty and the recommended check-in window intact. Domestic flights need about an hour less. Give us your flight number when you book and we will sanity-check the timing with you.
Is the fare the same everywhere in Guelph?
Yes. Guelph is priced as one out-of-town rate rather than by neighbourhood zone, so the south end, downtown, the university and the Woodlawn business parks all cost the same, in both directions. HST is included, and gratuity is at your discretion.
Do you pick up at the University of Guelph?
Every day, and especially at the start and end of term. Any residence or campus building works as the pickup or dropoff address, and the campus has its own page with the fare to its exact address. A parent booking from elsewhere can enter the student as the passenger so the driver's on-the-day text reaches them directly.
What about the GO train?
Guelph Central has GO service to Toronto, but Pearson is not on that line; you would change at Union or Bramalea and still need a connection to the terminal, with luggage, on a schedule. A chauffeur takes you from your door to the terminal curb in one trip, at any hour, on one flat fare for everyone in the car.
What happens when I land back at Pearson, and what if my flight is delayed?
Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is automatic, so the driver works from your actual wheels-down time and adjusts to any delay without a call. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, with anything beyond that billed at the posted per-10-minute rate.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay the driver after the trip, by card or cash in the car. There is no deposit, no payment link, and no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup, and if your flight moves we simply retime the ride.
Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?
The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags. The Executive SUV takes up to 6 passengers with 5 bags, the right call for families, for a student moving a term's worth of luggage, or for anyone with extra gear. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always ride in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book. For 7 or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together as one booking.
