St. Catharines airport limo.

Door to terminal between St. Catharines and Toronto Pearson, on one published rate for the whole city, driven by the same family since 1976.

St. Catharines to Pearson is the QEW around the head of the lake, over the Burlington Skyway and up the 427, a little over an hour when the bridge is clear and noticeably more when it is not. Your chauffeur arrives at your door in the city, on the escarpment near Brock, or down by the water in Port Dalhousie ahead of the agreed time, with the Skyway already factored into the departure.

One out-of-town rate covers the whole city, HST included, and it is the same number in both directions. A residence at Brock, a hotel on St. Paul Street, and a house near the marina in Port Dalhousie all cost exactly the same. The fare shows on the booking page before you confirm, and you pay the driver at the end of the ride, by card or cash, with no deposit and no card on file.

Coming home, your flight is tracked automatically, so a delay simply moves the driver's timing without a call from you. Your chauffeur is curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing, then it is the QEW back around the lake to your own door, or on to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the wineries on the same published basis.

Pickups across St. Catharines

  • Off-peak, most St. Catharines addresses reach Pearson in about an hour and a quarter on the QEW. The Burlington Skyway is the variable: a high-wind closure or a stalled truck can add half an hour with no warning, so for an early international flight we lean earlier on the pickup.
  • Brock University is a daily address, especially at the start and end of term. The campus sits up on the escarpment at the top of Glenridge Avenue, a few minutes from the 406 and the QEW, and a parent booking for a student can enter the student as the passenger so the driver's text goes to the right phone.
  • Downtown and the north end reach the QEW directly; Port Dalhousie and the west end come along Lakeshore Road or Martindale to the highway, a few minutes more.
  • For a flight before 7 a.m., a pickup around three and a half hours ahead is comfortable from anywhere in the city; domestic flights need about an hour less.
  • Anchors we work from: the St. Paul Street hotels and the Meridian Centre downtown, the Niagara Health hospital on Fourth Avenue, Brock and the Glenridge approach, and the Fourth Avenue wineries on the way out of town.

Every trip includes

  • GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.
  • Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
  • Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
  • Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.

St. Catharines questions, answered.

How long does it take to get from St. Catharines to Pearson?

About an hour and a quarter off-peak, roughly 110 kilometres on the QEW around the lake and up the 427. The Burlington Skyway and the QEW through Oakville and Mississauga are the variables, and a weekday morning can push the trip toward an hour and three quarters, so we time the pickup around live conditions rather than an average.

Is the fare the same everywhere in St. Catharines?

Yes. The city is priced as one out-of-town rate rather than by neighbourhood zone, so Brock, downtown, Port Dalhousie and the north end all cost the same, in both directions. HST is included, and gratuity is at your discretion.

Do you pick up at Brock University?

Every day in term time. Any residence or campus building works as the pickup or dropoff address, and the campus has its own page with the fare to its exact address. A parent booking from another city can enter the student as the passenger so the driver's on-the-day text reaches them directly.

Do you go to Niagara-on-the-Lake or the wineries?

Yes. Niagara-on-the-Lake, Vineland, Jordan and the wineries between are quoted on the same published out-of-town basis; enter the exact address on the booking page and the fare appears before you confirm.

When should I be picked up for an early morning flight?

For an international departure before 7 a.m., a pickup around three and a half hours ahead puts you at the terminal with the QEW still quiet and the recommended check-in window intact. Domestic flights need about an hour less. Give us your flight number when you book and we will sanity-check the timing with you.

What happens when I land back at Pearson, and what if my flight is delayed?

Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is automatic, so the driver works from your actual wheels-down time and adjusts to any delay without a call. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, with anything beyond that billed at the posted per-10-minute rate.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

You pay the driver after the trip, by card or cash in the car. There is no deposit, no payment link, and no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup, and if your flight moves we simply retime the ride.

Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?

The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags. The Executive SUV takes up to 6 passengers with 5 bags, the right call for families, for a student's term of luggage, or for anyone bringing a case of wine home. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always ride in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book. For 7 or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together as one booking.
