Brantford airport limo.
Door to terminal between Brantford and Toronto Pearson, on one published rate for the whole city, driven by the same family since 1976.
Brantford to Pearson is Highway 403 the whole way, up through Ancaster and across the top of Hamilton to the QEW and the 427, and how long it takes depends almost entirely on what Hamilton is doing. Your chauffeur arrives at your door in Brantford ahead of the agreed time with that morning's road already in mind, and the fare was fixed when you booked, whatever the 403 decides to do.
One out-of-town rate covers the whole city, HST included, and it is the same number in both directions. The Laurier campus downtown, a house in the north end off King George Road, and a warehouse by the Wayne Gretzky Parkway all cost exactly the same. The fare shows on the booking page before you confirm, and you pay the driver at the end of the ride, by card or cash, with no deposit and no card on file.
Coming home, your flight is tracked automatically, so a delay simply moves the driver's timing without a call from you. Your chauffeur is curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing, then it is the 403 west over the escarpment and down into the Grand River valley to your own door, or to Paris or St. George on the same published basis.

Pickups across Brantford
- Off-peak, most Brantford addresses reach Pearson in about an hour on the 403. Weekday mornings the 403 through Hamilton and the 403 and QEW merge at Burlington can add half an hour, and we set the pickup accordingly.
- North end pickups off King George Road and Lynden Park are minutes from the 403; the downtown core and the Laurier campus reach it by way of the Wayne Gretzky Parkway or Highway 24, a little more.
- The Laurier and Conestoga campuses downtown are regular addresses, especially at the start and end of term. A parent booking for a student can enter the student as the passenger so the driver's text goes to the right phone.
- For a flight before 7 a.m., a pickup around three and a half hours ahead is comfortable from anywhere in the city; domestic flights need a little less.
- Anchors we work from: the Colborne Street hotels and the Sanderson Centre downtown, Brantford General Hospital, the Lynden Park commercial strip, and the Paris and St. George villages just outside the city.
Every trip includes
- GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.
- Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
- Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
- Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.
Brantford questions, answered.
How long does it take to get from Brantford to Pearson?
About an hour off-peak, roughly 100 kilometres by way of Highway 403 through Ancaster and Hamilton to the QEW and the 427. On a weekday morning the Hamilton stretch and the Burlington merge can push that to an hour and a half, so we time the pickup around live conditions rather than an average.
Is the fare the same everywhere in Brantford?
Yes. Brantford is priced as one out-of-town rate rather than by neighbourhood zone, so downtown, the north end and the industrial areas all cost the same, in both directions. HST is included, and gratuity is at your discretion.
Do you go to Paris, St. George or Six Nations?
Yes. The surrounding communities are quoted on the same published out-of-town basis; enter the exact address on the booking page and the fare appears before you confirm.
When should I be picked up for an early morning flight?
For an international departure before 7 a.m., a pickup around three and a half hours ahead puts you at the terminal with the 403 still quiet and the recommended check-in window intact. Domestic flights need about an hour less. Give us your flight number when you book and we will sanity-check the timing with you.
Do you pick up at the Laurier Brantford campus?
Every day in term time. Any residence or campus building downtown works as the pickup or dropoff, and a parent booking from another city can enter the student as the passenger so the driver's on-the-day text reaches them directly.
What happens when I land back at Pearson, and what if my flight is delayed?
Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is automatic, so the driver works from your actual wheels-down time and adjusts to any delay without a call. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, with anything beyond that billed at the posted per-10-minute rate.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay the driver after the trip, by card or cash in the car. There is no deposit, no payment link, and no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup, and if your flight moves we simply retime the ride.
Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?
The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags. The Executive SUV takes up to 6 passengers with 5 bags, the right call for families or anyone flying with extra luggage. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always ride in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book. For 7 or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together as one booking.
