Hamilton airport limo.

Door to terminal between Hamilton and Toronto Pearson, driven by the same family since 1976, on a flat rate agreed before you travel.

Sixty-five kilometres of QEW and 403 separate Hamilton from Pearson, and the number that matters is not the distance but the hour. Leave Westdale at nine on a weekday and the Burlington stretch decides your morning. Your chauffeur is at the door before the agreed time with that day's traffic already accounted for, and the fare stays where it was quoted.

Hamilton is priced in two parts because the escarpment is a real climb, not a line on a map. Addresses around the harbour, James Street North, Westdale and the university sit in the lower rate; anything up the Jolley Cut, along the Linc or off the Red Hill sits in the Mountain rate. You see which one applies before you confirm, and it does not change afterwards.

Most of our Hamilton work is McMaster, the hospitals and the long-haul flights that leave Pearson before dawn. All of it is booked the same way: a fixed price, a car that waits, and payment to the driver at the end rather than a deposit at the start.

Pickups across Hamilton

  • Off-peak, most Hamilton addresses reach Pearson in 45 to 60 minutes by way of the QEW and Highway 403. Weekday mornings through Burlington and Oakville can add half an hour, and we set the pickup against live conditions rather than an average.
  • From the Mountain, the Lincoln Alexander Parkway and the Red Hill Valley Parkway usually beat the escarpment access roads, and in freezing rain they are the only sensible way down. Your chauffeur makes that call on the morning, not the week before.
  • The 407 runs across the top of the route and is sometimes faster from Waterdown and Ancaster. It is a toll road, so the day's toll is the one charge added to the flat rate, and the driver tells you the amount at the time.

Every trip includes

  • GTAA published flat rate, two rates for Downtown vs Mountain.
  • Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
  • Flight tracking automatically.
  • Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
  • Free cancellation up to 3 hours before pickup.

Hamilton questions, answered.

How long does the drive from Hamilton to Pearson take?

About 45 to 60 minutes outside rush hour, roughly 65 kilometres by the QEW and Highway 403. Weekday mornings through Burlington and Oakville regularly push it past an hour, which is why we time the pickup around the day rather than a fixed rule.

Why are there two Hamilton rates?

The escarpment. Addresses on the lower city, the harbour, James Street North, Westdale and the university area are one rate; addresses up on the Mountain are the other, because the climb adds real distance and time. Your address decides it and the quote shows it before you confirm.

Do you serve Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek and Waterdown?

Yes, all of them, along with Binbrook and Flamborough. Enter the address on the booking page and the fare for that specific location appears before you confirm.

Can you take us to Hamilton's own airport?

Yes. John C. Munro Hamilton International is quoted separately from Pearson because it is not on the airport tariff. Enter it as the destination and the price appears the same way.

We are moving a student into McMaster. Can you help with the luggage?

That is a large part of our September. Book the Executive SUV for the bags, tell us in the notes which residence you are heading to, and your chauffeur loads and unloads with you. For more than six people or a full dorm's worth of boxes we send two vehicles timed to arrive together.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing is required from you. We track the flight and work from the actual landing time, so a delay simply moves the pickup. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, with anything beyond that at the posted per-10-minute rate.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

You pay the driver at the end of the trip, by card or cash in the car. No deposit, no payment link, no card held on file. Cancellation is free up to 3 hours before an out-of-town pickup, and if your flight moves we simply retime the ride.

Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?

The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags. The Executive SUV takes up to 6 with 5 bags and is the right call for a family or a heavy luggage day. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always travel in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book.
