Cambridge sits right on the 401, which makes the airport run one of the simplest we do: your chauffeur arrives at your door in Galt, Preston or Hespeler ahead of the agreed time, and it is one highway east to the terminal, usually well under an hour when the road is clear. Nothing about the fare depends on how the 401 behaves that morning.
One out-of-town rate covers every address in the city, HST included, and it is the same number in both directions. A house on the hill above downtown Galt, a townhouse off Hespeler Road, and a factory gate on Fountain Street all cost exactly the same. The fare shows on the booking page before you confirm, and you settle it with the driver at the end of the ride, by card or cash, with no deposit and no card on file.
A lot of the traffic on this route is business, and dispatch is used to the shape of it: a 5 a.m. departure for a Toyota supplier meeting, a late arrival home from a trade show, a visiting engineer to be collected from Terminal 1 and delivered to a plant before the morning shift. Pickups across Cambridge
- Off-peak, most Cambridge addresses reach Pearson in 45 to 55 minutes straight down the 401. Weekday mornings the 401 east of Milton slows, and we build that into the pickup time rather than hoping.
- Hespeler and the Fountain Street industrial area sit closest to the 401 at the Highway 24 and Townline interchanges; Galt and the south end reach the highway by way of Highway 8 or Franklin Boulevard, a few minutes more.
- Toyota, the Boxwood business park and the logistics yards along the highway are daily pickups for us, often before dawn. An early pickup from a shift address is routine; put the gate or building number in the notes.
- For a flight before 7 a.m., a pickup around three hours ahead is comfortable from anywhere in the city; domestic flights need a little less.

How long does it take to get from Cambridge to Pearson?
About 45 to 55 minutes off-peak, roughly 75 kilometres and almost all of it on Highway 401. Weekday mornings the 401 through Milton and Mississauga can push that toward an hour and a quarter, so we time the pickup around live conditions rather than an average.
Is the fare the same for Galt, Preston and Hespeler?
Yes. Cambridge is priced as one out-of-town rate rather than by neighbourhood zone, so all three former towns and everything between them cost the same, in both directions. HST is included, and gratuity is at your discretion.
When should I be picked up for an early morning flight?
For an international departure before 7 a.m., a pickup around three hours ahead puts you at the terminal with the 401 still quiet and the recommended check-in window intact. Domestic flights need a little less. Give us your flight number when you book and we will sanity-check the timing with you.
Can you collect a visitor at Pearson and bring them to our plant?
Yes, and it is one of the most common bookings on this route. Enter your visitor as the passenger with their mobile number and the flight number; the driver tracks the flight, meets them curbside at their terminal, texts them where they are standing, and delivers them to the building or gate you name. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly.
Is there a Sunday or holiday surcharge?
No. The published rate is the same at 4 a.m. on a statutory holiday as it is on a Tuesday afternoon. Nothing on the fare moves for time of day, day of week, weather or traffic.
What happens when I land back at Pearson, and what if my flight is delayed?
Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is automatic, so the driver works from your actual wheels-down time and adjusts to any delay without a call. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, with anything beyond that billed at the posted per-10-minute rate.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay the driver after the trip, by card or cash in the car. There is no deposit, no payment link, and no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup, and if your flight moves we simply retime the ride.
Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?
The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags, which suits most business trips and couples. The Executive SUV takes up to 6 passengers with 5 bags, the right call for families or anyone flying with extra luggage. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always ride in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book. For 7 or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together as one booking.
