Scarborough airport limo.

Door to Terminal 1 or 3 from anywhere in Scarborough, with a fare that is fixed before the car ever moves. Family-run since 1976.

Scarborough sits at the opposite end of the 401 from Pearson, roughly 45 kilometres of highway between your driveway and the terminal, and that stretch behaves very differently at 4:30 in the morning than it does at 8. We have been timing it since 1976. When you book, we set your pickup against your flight time and live traffic, not a generic rule of thumb, so the car is at your door in Agincourt, Guildwood, Malvern or Birch Cliff with the westbound 401 already accounted for. Your chauffeur loads the bags, you ride, and the drive runs 35 to 50 minutes outside the peaks.

The fare is a flat rate on the official GTAA tariff, HST included, priced by your neighbourhood zone within Scarborough. Enter your address on the booking page and your exact fare shows before you confirm. That number does not move for rush hour, snow on the 401, or a slow crawl past the 404 interchange, and it is the same figure in both directions. You choose an executive sedan for up to three passengers or a full-size executive SUV for up to six, and larger groups get multiple vehicles dispatched together.

Coming home, the same fare applies and the arrival takes care of itself. We track your flight automatically, so a late departure out of Heathrow or a long taxi at Pearson just shifts your driver's timing, no calls needed. Your chauffeur meets you curbside and texts you exactly where they are standing, with 60 minutes of waiting included on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down. You pay the driver after the trip, card or cash in the car, no deposits and no card on file, ever.

Pickups across Scarborough

  • Off-peak, Scarborough to Pearson is 35 to 50 minutes straight down the 401. Weekday mornings between 6:30 and 9:30, the westbound 401 through the 404 and 400 interchanges can stretch that past an hour and a quarter, and we build that into your pickup time.
  • For flights departing before 7 a.m., the 401 is quiet and the drive is at its shortest. A pickup around three hours before an international departure, or two and a half before a domestic one, gets you to the terminal with time to spare even from Highland Creek or Malvern at the far east end.
  • Common pickup anchors we work from daily: the condo towers around Scarborough Town Centre, the University of Toronto Scarborough campus and Centennial College Progress Campus for students flying home, the Guildwood GO area, and the residential streets off Kingston Road in Birch Cliff and Cliffside.
  • Your zone within Scarborough sets the flat fare, so an address near Victoria Park prices differently than one out past the Rouge. The booking page resolves it from your exact address and shows the final number before you confirm.
  • Evening departures out of Scarborough run against the grain of rush hour, since most traffic is coming east while you head west, but the airport approach on the 409 still slows near dinner time. We check it live the day of and adjust your pickup if the highway demands it.

Every trip includes

  • GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.
  • Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
  • Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
  • Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.

Scarborough questions, answered.

How early should my pickup be for a morning flight out of Scarborough?

For departures before 7 a.m., the 401 is essentially empty and the drive runs at its 35 to 40 minute minimum, so a pickup about three hours before an international flight is comfortable. Between 6:30 and 9:30 a.m. on weekdays, the westbound 401 can add 30 to 45 minutes, and we set your pickup earlier to absorb it. When you book, we time it against your specific flight and live traffic rather than a flat rule.

Do you pick up from all parts of Scarborough?

Yes, every neighbourhood from Birch Cliff and Cliffside in the southwest to Malvern and Highland Creek in the northeast. We regularly collect from the condos around Scarborough Town Centre, student residences at University of Toronto Scarborough and Centennial College, and homes throughout Agincourt, Guildwood and West Hill. If it has an address, we come to the door.

Why do quotes differ between Scarborough addresses?

The official GTAA tariff prices Pearson trips by neighbourhood zone, and Scarborough is wide enough to span several of them. An address near the Victoria Park end sits in a different zone than one out by Rouge National Urban Park. Enter your exact address on the booking page and your exact fare shows before you confirm, HST included, the same in both directions.

Is the fare affected by rush hour or weather on the 401?

No. The flat rate is set by the GTAA tariff for your zone, and it stays fixed whether the 401 is flowing or crawling, in July or in a January snowfall. Traffic changes when we pick you up, never what you pay.

How do I pay?

You pay the driver after the trip, by card in the car or cash, whichever suits you. There are no deposits, no payment links, and we never keep a card on file. The fare you saw on the booking page, HST included, is the fare you settle.

What happens if my flight home is delayed?

Nothing on your end. Flight tracking is automatic, so your driver's timing adjusts to the actual wheels-down, not the schedule, and there are no calls to make. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, with anything beyond billed at the posted per-10-minute rate.

How does the pickup work when I land at Pearson?

Your driver tracks the flight, positions for your actual arrival, and meets you curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. They text you exactly where they are standing, so you walk out of the doors and straight to the car. From there it is the 401 east and you are back in Scarborough in 35 to 50 minutes most hours.

Which vehicle should I book, and how much luggage fits?

The executive sedan takes up to three passengers with standard luggage and suits most solo and couple trips. The full-size executive SUV takes up to six passengers with room for a family's suitcases, golf clubs, or the extra bags that come home from a long trip. If you are four or more, or heavy on luggage, book the SUV.

We are a group of seven or more. Can you still take us?

Yes. For seven or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together, arriving at your Scarborough address at the same time and travelling to Pearson as one booking. It works well for extended families flying out of Malvern or Agincourt together and for group trips from the campuses.

What if my plans change after I book?

Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup, and time changes are handled the same way, just tell us. If your outbound flight moves, we retime the pickup. Since nothing is prepaid, a cancelled trip costs you nothing when you give us that notice.
