Downtown Toronto airport limo.
Door to terminal between downtown Toronto and Pearson, one flat rate across the core, driven by the same family since 1976.
Twenty-eight kilometres, and the only question is which way the city lets you take them. The Gardiner and the 427 are the short answer, the 401 and the Allen the answer when the Gardiner is being rebuilt again, and your chauffeur picks between them on the morning rather than the week before. The fare is the same whichever road wins.
One rate covers the core. The financial district, the hospitals along University, the entertainment district, the St. Lawrence and Distillery neighbourhoods and Yorkville to the north are all the same price, so a meeting that moves from Bay Street to Front Street does not change what you pay.
Downtown pickups are mostly condos and hotels, and the practical detail is where the car actually stops. Your chauffeur texts you the exact spot when they arrive, which on a King Street tower with no loading zone is worth more than any promise about the ride itself.
Flat fares, from Downtown Toronto
One published out-of-town rate for the whole of Downtown Toronto, HST included, the same to every address and in both directions. It shows on the booking page before you confirm, and it never surges. 28 km · about 30 to 45 minutes to Pearson.
Pickups across Downtown Toronto
- Off-peak the drive runs 30 to 45 minutes. Weekday mornings inbound and Friday afternoons outbound are the slow windows, and the Gardiner's rebuilding programme has made both less predictable than they used to be, so we leave earlier rather than cut it fine.
- For a condo we can meet you in the driveway, at the P1 loading level or at the front door, whichever your building allows. Put the building's preference in the notes and your chauffeur will be where you expect.
- Downtown to Pearson stays off the 407 entirely, so no toll applies on the direct route. If the Gardiner is closed and the 407 genuinely saves the flight, your driver tells you the toll before taking it.
Every trip includes
- GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.
- Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
- Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
- Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.
Downtown Toronto questions, answered.
How long does it take from downtown Toronto to Pearson?
Usually 30 to 45 minutes, sometimes more in the weekday peaks or when the Gardiner is under construction. It is 28 kilometres, so the traffic rather than the distance decides, and we time the pickup around the day.
Is it genuinely one flat rate across the whole core?
Yes. Downtown is a single zone on the airport's published tariff, so the financial district, the hospital district, the entertainment district and Yorkville all cost the same. HST is included and there is no surge pricing.
Where will the driver meet me at my condo?
Wherever your building works best: the driveway, the loading level or the front door. Note it when you book. On arrival your chauffeur texts you exactly where they are standing rather than leaving you to search the block.
And at the hotel?
At the entrance, or with the doorman if the hotel prefers that. The Royal York, the Four Seasons, the Shangri-La, the Ritz and the Park Hyatt are all routine for us, and we work with whatever the concierge desk asks.
Do you serve Billy Bishop as well as Pearson?
Yes. The island airport is priced separately from Pearson; enter it as the destination on the booking page and the fare appears before you confirm.
What happens when I land back at Pearson, and what if the flight is late?
Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is automatic, so the driver works from your actual wheels-down time. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from landing, with anything beyond that at the posted per-10-minute rate.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay the driver at the end of the trip, by card or cash in the car. No deposit, no payment link, no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup in the city.
Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?
The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags, which suits most business trips. The Executive SUV takes up to 6 with 5 bags. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always travel in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book.
