Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-05-13 · By booking with Air View Limo Ltd. you agree to the terms below. Governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the City of Mississauga's licensing requirements.
1. The agreement
These Terms govern the booking and provision of ground-transportation services by Air View Limo Ltd. ("Airview", "we", "us"). When you confirm a booking with us (by phone, online via airview.limo, through our dispatcher Sophia, or by SMS), you accept these Terms.
2. Booking and pricing
2.1 Quoted rates
For trips to or from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), we quote the official Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) flat-rate tariff. Rates include HST and other applicable taxes. Gratuity is not included in airport flat rates and is at your discretion (15–20% is customary).
For trips that don't involve Pearson (in-city, weddings, events, long-distance non-Pearson), rates are quoted on a distance basis or as a flat fare confirmed by dispatch. These rates are typically all-inclusive of gratuity unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
2.2 Vehicle classes
For Pearson trips, the GTAA tariff is the sedan baseline. Upgrading to an SUV adds a flat $20. Each vehicle carries a maximum of 6 passengers; larger groups are booked as multiple vehicles dispatched together, each quoted at its own vehicle-class rate.
2.3 Surcharges
- Additional drop-off: +$15 per extra stop, arranged and quoted by dispatch (the online form prices single-stop trips).
- Passenger-requested wait at a stop: $10 per 10 minutes or part thereof.
- Highway 407 ETR tolls: an extra charge on top of your fare, never included in the quoted price. Your driver advises the toll amount at the time of the trip, at the rate published by 407etr.com on the day of travel.
2.4 Payment
Payment is settled with your driver at the end of the trip. Every vehicle carries a card terminal accepting all major credit cards, and cash is equally welcome. No deposit is required, we do not send payment links, and no card is kept on file. Corporate-account holders are invoiced monthly on Net 15 or Net 30 terms per their agreement.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel by phone (1-866-225-1555) at any time. Cancellation fees depend on lead time before the scheduled pickup:

No-shows are treated as completed trips. Severe weather (Environment Canada warnings), medical emergencies, and flights cancelled by the airline don't count against you: the fee is waived, with a full refund or free rebooking.
4. Pickup, waiting, and no-shows
4.1 On-time guarantee
Our drivers aim to be on site 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If a driver is more than 15 minutes late for a reason within our control (not a flight delay, a traffic incident, or an act of God), contact us. We'll review and credit as appropriate.
4.2 Wait time
For airport arrivals, we include complimentary wait time from wheels-down: 60 minutes for international arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic. Beyond that, waiting is billed at $10 per 10 minutes (or part thereof).
For non-airport pickups, wait time is included for the first 15 minutes, then billed at $10 per 10 minutes (or part thereof).
4.3 No-show
For non-airport pickups: the chauffeur waits 15 minutes past the booked time and makes two SMS attempts; if we can't reach you, the trip is marked a no-show and billed in full. For airport arrivals: we track your flight, and the chauffeur waits the full complimentary arrival window plus an additional 30 minutes of billed waiting before leaving. Always call before assuming the driver has left. In most cases we can still wait.
5. Conduct in the vehicle
- Smoking, vaping, and open alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles (Ontario law + our policy).
- Pets are welcome but must be declared at booking. Service animals are always welcome without notice.
- Damage: if a vehicle is soiled or damaged during your trip (including cleaning required from spillage, soiling, or vomit), a cleaning fee of $150–$500, based on the actual damage, will be added to the trip's final charge.
- Seat belts: every passenger must wear a seat belt. We will not exceed the rated seat-belt capacity of any vehicle.
6. Liability
Airview Limo carries commercial vehicle insurance to the limits required by Ontario law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a trip is limited to the fare paid for that trip. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (missed flights, lost business, etc.).
Where local law does not permit limitation of liability for negligence, this clause is enforced only to the extent permitted by that law.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road closures, accidents on the route, regulatory actions, fuel shortages, strikes, terrorism, or pandemics. We will use reasonable efforts to dispatch an alternative vehicle or offer a refund / credit in such cases.
8. Recording of calls
Calls to our dispatch line are recorded for quality assurance and training. We disclose this at the start of every call. You may request a non-recorded human transfer at any time during a call by saying so to Sophia, our AI dispatcher.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes (rates, cancellation policy, liability) will be communicated to active customers via SMS or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto. You and Airview both waive any right to a jury trial.
