About this route.
Pearson to Buffalo is one of our more involved trips. Two hours of road time, plus the border crossing at either Peace Bridge or Lewiston-Queenston, and a vehicle and driver paperwork set that lets us cross commercially. We do this route regularly for Buffalo Bills games, University at Buffalo visits, and travellers connecting to flights at BUF.
Cross-border chauffeur trips need a small amount of advance setup. We need passenger names matching travel documents, the purpose of trip on file (the border officer will ask), and at minimum 24 hours' notice for the cross-border vehicle and driver. Last-minute requests are possible but require us to confirm by phone first.

How long including the border?
Two hours on the road, plus the border. Border can be 5 minutes on a Tuesday morning or an hour on a Sunday evening. We use real-time bridge wait data from CBSA / CBP to choose Peace Bridge vs Lewiston-Queenston.
What documents does the passenger need?
Same as flying: a valid passport (and visa if required for your nationality). Tell us if you're a permanent resident vs citizen; the border officer asks slightly different questions.
Can the same driver bring me back?
Yes if scheduled together. Roundtrip pricing is usually less than two one-ways. Same vehicle, same chauffeur.
Why do you need 24 hours notice?
Not every vehicle and driver in our fleet is set up to cross commercially. We need to confirm both, plus the paperwork. Last-minute is possible by phone, just call rather than book online.
