Every Pearson trip is priced on the official GTAA tariff: a flat rate for your exact address, HST included, identical in both directions, and it never surges. Starting fares for each city's lowest-fare zone on the official GTAA tariff. Fares include HST; gratuity stays at your discretion. 407 tolls are an extra charge, advised by your driver at trip time. Out-of-town trips (Niagara, Buffalo, Ottawa and similar) are quoted per route rather than by GTAA zone.
How the flat rate works
Pearson fares follow the Greater Toronto Airports Authority tariff, the airport's own posted rate card, which prices by neighbourhood zone. That is why two addresses in the same city can start at different fares, and why the number cannot surge: the tariff is the tariff, at 4 a.m. and in freezing rain alike. You pay the driver after the trip, card or cash in the car, with no deposits and no card on file.
The two vehicle classes
Every trip runs in an executive sedan (up to 3 passengers, 3 bags) or a full-size executive SUV (up to 6 passengers, 5 bags). Groups of 7 or more travel in multiple vehicles dispatched together under one booking. The SUV fare for any Pearson trip is the sedan fare plus a flat vehicle upcharge, visible in the table above.
