Pickering airport limo.

Door-to-terminal car service between Pickering and Pearson, driven by the same family since 1976, on a flat rate from the official GTAA tariff with nothing to settle until the trip is done.

Out in Durham Region, east of the airport, Pickering runs a straight 40 to 50 minutes to Pearson along Highway 401 for most of the day. Book online, and at the time you chose an executive sedan or Executive SUV pulls up at your door in Amberlea, Rougemount, or down in Bay Ridges near the waterfront. Your chauffeur loads the bags, picks up the 401 off Brock Road, and has you at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 departures with room to breathe. This is exactly the trip where guessing at rideshare pricing on a flight morning never made sense.

The fare is a flat rate on the official GTAA tariff, HST included, and your exact fare shows on the booking page before you confirm. The tariff prices Pickering by neighbourhood zone, so a Bay Ridges address near Frenchmans Bay and one up toward the Seaton lands can sit differently, but whatever your zone the number is flat, the same in both directions, and the same on a holiday Monday or in freezing rain. There are no deposits, no payment links, and no card on file: you pay the driver after the trip, by card or cash in the car. If your chauffeur takes the 407 to get around a stall on the 401, the 407 toll is the only extra, and the flat fare itself does not move.

Coming home runs the same way in reverse. We track your flight automatically, so whether you land early or hours late off a delayed connection, your driver adjusts without a single call from you. Included waiting starts at wheels-down, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, which covers customs and baggage without a rush. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at your terminal and texts you exactly where the car is standing, and a little while later you are back off the 401, past Frenchmans Bay and the Pickering Casino Resort, pulling into your own driveway.

Pickering questions, answered.

How long is the drive from Pickering to Pearson?

Off-peak, most Pickering addresses reach Pearson in 40 to 50 minutes, almost all of it a straight run west on Highway 401. Weekday morning rush can stretch that, especially from the newer streets around the Seaton lands, so your driver plans the pickup around live traffic rather than a hopeful average. Midday and late evening sit at the quick end.

When should I be picked up for an early morning flight?

For a 6 a.m. international departure we typically collect you between 2 and 2:30 a.m., which puts you at the terminal three hours ahead with the 401 empty. Domestic flights need a little less runway, so about two and a half hours before departure usually works. Tell us your flight number when you book and our dispatch suggests a time that fits.

Is the fare the same from every Pickering address?

The flat rate follows the official GTAA tariff, which prices by neighbourhood zone, so a Bay Ridges pickup near the waterfront and one up toward the Seaton lands can sit in different zones. Whatever your zone, the fare is flat, includes HST, and is identical in both directions. Enter your exact address on the booking page and your exact fare shows before you confirm.

Do you pick up across all of Pickering?

Yes. Amberlea, Rougemount, Bay Ridges, the waterfront around Frenchmans Bay, and the rural north up past Brougham and the Seaton lands are all regular pickups for us. Give us the address and a time, and your driver texts you on approach. The fare is set by your tariff zone, never by how long the drive runs.

What happens if my flight home is delayed?

Nothing you need to manage. Flight tracking is automatic, so your driver works from your actual arrival time whether you land early or hours late. Included waiting starts at wheels-down, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, and anything beyond that is billed at the posted per-10-minute rate.

Where do I find my driver at Pearson?

Curbside, at the level where you walk out of arrivals. Because we track the flight, your chauffeur times the approach to your real landing, then texts you exactly where the car is standing at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. You read one message, load the bags, and go.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

You pay the driver after the trip, by card or cash in the car. There are no deposits, no payment links, and we never keep a card on file. The flat rate already includes HST, so the number you saw when you booked is the number you settle, with gratuity at your discretion. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup.

Sedan or SUV, and what about child seats or a bigger group?

The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags, which suits most solo and couple trips. Book the Executive SUV for 4 or more, for 5 bags, or when ski and golf gear or a long-haul packing job is coming along. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always ride in the Executive SUV, so just tell us each child's age. For 7 or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together, timed to arrive as one booking.
