Oshawa airport limo.
Door to terminal between Oshawa and Toronto Pearson, driven by the same family since 1976, on a flat rate you settle with the driver after the trip.
Oshawa to Pearson means crossing the entire width of Toronto, and how that goes depends on the hour. Off-peak it is three quarters of an hour on the 401; at the wrong time of day it is a long way more, and the 407 across the top of the city becomes the road your driver reaches for. Your chauffeur is at your door in the downtown core, Lakeview, Eastdale, Windfields or Kedron ahead of the agreed time with that morning's decision already made, and the fare does not move either way.
The tariff prices Oshawa by neighbourhood zone, so the fare depends on your exact address rather than on the hour or the traffic. The starting fares on this page belong to the central and western parts of the city, closest to Pearson; the number rises toward the north end around the university and the Taunton Road subdivisions. Put your address into the booking page and your zone's exact fare appears before you confirm, the same in both directions. You pay the driver at the end of the ride, by card or cash, with no deposit and no card on file.
Coming home, your flight is tracked automatically, so a delay simply moves the driver's timing without a call from you. Your chauffeur is curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing, then it is one quiet ride east across the top of the city to your own driveway.

Pickups across Oshawa
- Off-peak, most Oshawa addresses reach Pearson in 45 to 55 minutes straight down Highway 401. Weekday mornings the westbound 401 through Pickering, Scarborough and the Don Valley can push that well past an hour and a half, and we set the pickup accordingly.
- The 407 and its 418 link are the reliever across the top of the city. They are toll roads, so the day's 407 toll is the one thing added to the fare, and your driver advises before choosing it; the 401 is always there at no extra cost.
- Ontario Tech, Durham College and the Trent Durham campus in the north end are daily addresses, especially at the start and end of term. The campus sits in a higher zone than downtown, and a parent booking for a student can enter the student as the passenger so the driver's text goes to the right phone.
- For a flight before 7 a.m., a pickup around three hours ahead is comfortable from anywhere in the city; domestic flights need a little less.
- Anchors we work from: the Tribute Communities Centre and the King Street hotels downtown, Lakeridge Health Oshawa, the Oshawa Centre, the GM headquarters and the lakefront industrial corridor, and the university district up Simcoe Street North.
Every trip includes
- GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.

- Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
- Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.
Oshawa questions, answered.
How long does it take to get from Oshawa to Pearson?
About 45 to 55 minutes off-peak, roughly 70 kilometres on Highway 401 across the whole width of Toronto. On a weekday morning the westbound 401 through Scarborough and the Don Valley can stretch that past an hour and a half, so your driver may take the 407 across the top of the city instead. We time the pickup around live conditions, not an average.
Why does the fare depend on my address?
Oshawa is priced by neighbourhood zone on the official GTAA tariff rather than as one number for the whole city. The central and western zones, closest to Pearson, are the lowest, and the fare rises toward the north end and the university. Enter your address on the booking page and your zone's exact fare shows before you confirm.
Does the 407 toll cost me extra?
The flat fare itself never changes with the route. The 407 and the 418 are toll roads, so if your driver uses them the actual toll is added at the rate 407etr.com publishes for that day, and the driver tells you before choosing it. The 401 is always available at no extra cost.
Do you pick up at Ontario Tech and Durham College?
Every day in term time. Any residence or campus building works as the pickup or dropoff address, and Ontario Tech has its own page with the fare to its exact address. A parent booking from another city can enter the student as the passenger so the driver's on-the-day text reaches them directly.
When should I be picked up for an early morning flight?
For an international departure before 7 a.m., a pickup around three hours ahead puts you at the terminal with the 401 still empty and the recommended check-in window intact. Domestic flights need a little less. Give us your flight number when you book and we will sanity-check the timing with you.
What happens when I land back at Pearson, and what if my flight is delayed?
Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is automatic, so the driver works from your actual wheels-down time and adjusts to any delay without a call. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, with anything beyond that billed at the posted per-10-minute rate.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay the driver after the trip, by card or cash in the car. There is no deposit, no payment link, and no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup, and if your flight moves we simply retime the ride.
Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?
The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags, which suits most couples and solo trips. The Executive SUV takes up to 6 passengers with 5 bags, the right call for families or anyone flying with extra luggage. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always ride in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book. For 7 or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together as one booking.
