Stratford airport limo.

Door to terminal between Stratford and Toronto Pearson, on one published rate for the whole town, driven by the same family since 1976.

Most people who book this route are coming for the Festival, and the trip is built around a curtain time. Your chauffeur is curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 working from the flight you actually landed on, texts you where they are standing, and then it is the 401 to Kitchener and Highway 7 and 8 out through New Hamburg and Shakespeare to your inn, hotel or bed and breakfast, usually about an hour and a half.

One out-of-town rate covers the whole town, HST included, and it is the same number in both directions. A bed and breakfast on a side street near the Avon, a hotel on Ontario Street, and a house across the river in the north end all cost exactly the same. The fare shows on the booking page before you confirm, and you settle it with the driver at the end of the ride, by card or cash, with no deposit and no card on file.

Going home, the car is at the door of wherever you stayed at the agreed hour, with the drive and the recommended check-in window already worked into the pickup time. If the last performance runs late the night before, or the flight is a red-eye, that is ordinary for us; nothing on the fare depends on the hour.

Pickups across Stratford

  • Off-peak, Stratford to Pearson is about an hour and a half: Highway 7 and 8 east to Kitchener, then the 401 the rest of the way. Weekday mornings the 401 east of Milton adds time, and so does a snow squall through Perth County in winter; we set the pickup for the day you are travelling.
  • The Festival Theatre, the Avon and the Tom Patterson are minutes apart, and the inns around them are our most common addresses. Give us the name of the inn or the street; the driver knows the town.
  • For a matinee on the day you land, tell us the curtain time when you book and we will flag it if the flight's arrival leaves it tight.
  • For a flight before 9 a.m., a pickup around four hours ahead is comfortable from anywhere in town; domestic flights need about an hour less.
  • Anchors we work from: the Ontario Street and Erie Street hotels, the downtown inns near the theatres, Stratford General Hospital, and the VIA station for anyone combining rail and air.

Every trip includes

  • GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.
  • Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
  • Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
  • Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.

Stratford questions, answered.

How long does it take to get from Stratford to Pearson?

About an hour and a half off-peak, roughly 130 kilometres by way of Highway 7 and 8 to Kitchener and then the 401. A weekday morning adds the 401 through Milton and Mississauga at its busiest, and winter weather through Perth County can add more, so we time the pickup around the day rather than an average.

Is the fare the same for every address in Stratford?

Yes. Stratford is priced as one out-of-town rate rather than by neighbourhood zone, so the theatre district, the downtown inns and the residential streets all cost the same, in both directions. HST is included, and gratuity is at your discretion.

Can I make a matinee on the day I land?

Often, yes, if the flight lands by late morning. Tell us the curtain time when you book; we track the flight, the driver meets you curbside the moment you are out, and if the arrival time makes it tight we say so before you commit to the ticket.

When should I be picked up for an early morning flight?

For an international departure before 9 a.m., a pickup around four hours ahead covers the drive, the recommended check-in window and a margin for the 401. Domestic flights need about an hour less. Give us your flight number when you book and we will sanity-check the timing with you.

Do you serve Shakespeare, New Hamburg and St. Marys?

Yes. The surrounding towns are quoted on the same published out-of-town basis; enter the exact address on the booking page and the fare appears before you confirm.

What happens when I land at Pearson, and what if my flight is delayed?

Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is automatic, so the driver works from your actual wheels-down time and adjusts to any delay without a call. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, with anything beyond that billed at the posted per-10-minute rate.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

You pay the driver after the trip, by card or cash in the car. There is no deposit, no payment link, and no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup, and if your flight moves we simply retime the ride.

Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?

The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags, which suits most couples and solo travellers. The Executive SUV takes up to 6 passengers with 5 bags, the right call for a family or a group of friends flying in for a run of performances. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always ride in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book. For 7 or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together as one booking.
