How early should my pickup be for a morning flight out of Vaughan?
For flights before 8 a.m., a pickup two and a half hours ahead of departure is comfortable from anywhere in Vaughan, since the roads are empty and the drive takes about 20 minutes. How long is the drive from Vaughan to Pearson?
Typically 20 to 30 minutes. Woodbridge is the closest part of the city, a straight run down Highway 427, while Maple, Concord, and Thornhill on the Vaughan side ride Highway 400 or the 407 and take a few minutes more. Your chauffeur checks conditions on the day and takes whichever route is actually moving.
What about rush hour on the 400 or the 427?
Weekday mornings between 7 and 9 the 400 southbound is the slow spot, and late afternoons the 427 can back up near the terminals. Should I book the sedan or the SUV?
The executive sedan suits up to three passengers with standard luggage, which covers most solo and couple trips. Book the full-size executive SUV for four to six travellers, ski or golf equipment, or a family flying with strollers and extra bags. If you are unsure, tell us the headcount and bag count and we will recommend one.
We are a group of eight flying out together. Can you handle that?
Yes. For seven or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together, timed to arrive at your Vaughan address as one pickup and travel to Pearson in convoy. Everyone leaves at the same time and arrives at the same terminal together.
How does the pickup work when I land back at Pearson?
Your driver tracks the flight, so the car is timed to your actual arrival at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, not the schedule. Once you have your bags, the driver meets you curbside and texts exactly where they are standing. International arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting and domestic 30, counted from wheels-down, so customs lines are already covered.
What happens if my flight home is delayed?

Waiting beyond the included window is billed at the posted per-10-minute rate, and cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup.
How do I pay, and what if my plans change?
