Kitchener-Waterloo airport limo.
Door to terminal between Kitchener-Waterloo and Toronto Pearson, on a published flat rate, driven by the same family since 1976.
The run to Pearson from the region is an hour of Highway 401 on a good day, through Cambridge, Milton and the long Mississauga stretch that decides whether it stays an hour. Your chauffeur is at the door in Uptown, on Erb, out by the Boardwalk or down in Doon before the agreed time, and the price you were quoted is the price you pay.
Kitchener and Waterloo carry slightly different published rates, because they are genuinely different distances from the airport. Your address decides which applies and the booking page shows it before you confirm, so nobody discovers the difference in the car.
Much of what we carry here is the tech corridor and the universities: a founder on a Monday flight out, a professor coming back from a conference, a first-year and a car full of boxes in September. All of it is the same arrangement, a fixed fare and a car that waits when the flight does not cooperate.
Flat fares, from Kitchener-Waterloo
One published out-of-town rate for the whole of Kitchener-Waterloo, HST included, the same to every address and in both directions. It shows on the booking page before you confirm, and it never surges. 80 to 95 km · about 60 to 80 minutes to Pearson.
Pickups across Kitchener-Waterloo
- Off-peak the drive is 60 to 80 minutes along Highway 401. The eastbound morning through Milton and Mississauga is the reliably slow part, and an early flight is worth leaving before it starts rather than trying to drive through it.
- Winter on the 401 west of Milton is its own weather system, with whiteouts that close the highway outright. On a bad forecast we leave earlier and say so, because the alternative is a missed flight and a rebooking fee.
- From Waterloo the 407 sometimes beats the 401 when the eastbound is stopped. It is a toll road, so the day's toll is added to the flat rate and your driver tells you the amount at the time of the trip.
Every trip includes
- GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.
- Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
- Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
- Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.
Kitchener-Waterloo questions, answered.
How long is the drive from Kitchener-Waterloo to Pearson?
Between 60 and 80 minutes for the 80 to 95 kilometres, depending on which city you start in and what the 401 is doing east of Milton. We time the pickup against live conditions on the day rather than an average.
Why does Waterloo cost slightly more than Kitchener?
Because it is further from the airport. Both are published out-of-town rates covering the whole of each city, and your address decides which one applies. The quote shows it before you confirm.
Do you serve the universities?
Yes. The University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier and Conestoga's Doon campus are regular runs for us, heaviest at move-in, reading week and the end of term. Tell us the residence in the notes and your chauffeur takes you to the right door rather than the main gate.
Do you cover Cambridge, Guelph and Elmira?
Cambridge and Guelph have their own published rates and their own pages. Elmira, St. Jacobs, Baden and New Hamburg are all served; enter the address and the exact fare appears before you confirm.
Can you handle an early-morning flight out of the region?
Routinely. Dispatch is staffed around the clock, and for a six or seven o'clock departure we generally leave Kitchener-Waterloo around three and a half to four hours ahead, which clears the 401 before it fills. Give us the flight number and we confirm the timing.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing is required from you. We track the flight and the driver works from the actual landing time. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay the driver at the end of the trip, by card or cash in the car. There is no deposit and no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 3 hours before an out-of-town pickup.
Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?
The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags; the Executive SUV takes up to 6 with 5 bags and is the usual choice for a family or a student move. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always travel in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book.
