Richmond Hill airport limo.
Door-to-Pearson car service for Richmond Hill, from Oak Ridges down to Richvale. A family firm since 1976, one flat rate on the official GTAA tariff, HST included.
Most of our Richmond Hill work starts at a front door, not an arrivals gate. Your chauffeur pulls up in Mill Pond, Bayview Hill, Westbrook or Oak Ridges a few minutes ahead of schedule, loads the bags, and takes the 404 south for the run across to Pearson. The fare is a flat rate on the official GTAA tariff, HST included, and your exact fare shows on the booking page before you confirm. No surge, no meter, and nothing to prepay: you settle with the driver after the trip, card or cash in the car.
Plan on 35 to 45 minutes for the 38 kilometres between Richmond Hill and Terminal 1 or 3 outside of rush hour. On weekday mornings the 404 to 401 westbound stretch is the slow part, and our drivers have been reading it since 1976: when the 401 is heavy they will run Highway 7 to the 407 instead, and for a peak-hour departure we simply build in the extra margin so you walk into the terminal calm, not sprinting. Book an executive sedan for up to three passengers, a full-size executive SUV for a family or a golf trip, and if your group runs to seven or more we dispatch multiple vehicles together.
The trip home works just as cleanly. We track your flight automatically, so a late arrival out of Vancouver or London moves your pickup without a single phone call. Your driver meets you curbside and texts you exactly where they are standing, with 60 minutes of waiting included on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down. Then it is one quiet ride up the 404 and you are back in your own driveway.

Starting fares for the lowest-fare Richmond Hill zone on the official GTAA tariff, HST included. Your exact flat fare shows on the booking page before you confirm, and it never surges. 38 km · about 35 to 45 minutes to Pearson.
Pickups across Richmond Hill
- Off-peak, allow 35 to 45 minutes door to terminal from most of Richmond Hill; from Oak Ridges and Lake Wilcox at the north end, add about 10 minutes.
- Weekday 7 to 9 am is the pinch: the 404 south and the 401 west can push the run past an hour, so we schedule earlier pickups and will route via Highway 7 and the 407 when it saves time.
- Common pickup anchors: Hillcrest Mall at Yonge and Carrville, Richmond Hill GO station, the Beaver Creek business park at Highway 7 and Leslie, and the hotels along the Highway 7 corridor.
- For a 6 or 7 am departure, a 4:00 to 4:30 am pickup is the sweet spot: the roads are empty, the drive runs closer to 30 minutes, and you still make the airline's check-in cutoff with room to spare.
- Evening and weekend pickups are the easy ones; even Saturday cottage-return traffic on the 404 rarely adds more than a few minutes, and your driver watches conditions before leaving for you.
Every trip includes

Richmond Hill questions, answered.
How long does it take to get from Richmond Hill to Pearson?
The trip is about 38 kilometres and takes 35 to 45 minutes in normal traffic, whether you start near Mill Pond or out by Bayview and Major Mackenzie. In the weekday morning rush the 404 and 401 can stretch it past an hour. Your driver picks the route on the day, and the fare does not change with the road they take.
What time should I book my pickup for a morning flight?
For an international departure we suggest leaving Richmond Hill about 3.5 hours before the flight, which covers the drive plus the 3-hour check-in window; for domestic, about 2.5 hours before. For flights leaving before 8 am the roads are clear and the drive itself is quick, so most of that buffer is for the terminal, not the highway. If you are unsure, tell us the flight number when you book and we will suggest a time.
Do you pick up everywhere in Richmond Hill, including Oak Ridges?
Yes, every neighbourhood: Oak Ridges and Lake Wilcox, Jefferson, Westbrook, Mill Pond, Bayview Hill, Richvale, and everything between. The fare follows the official GTAA tariff for your address, and your exact fare shows on the booking page before you confirm. North-end addresses simply mean a slightly earlier pickup, which we build in for you.
Is the fare really flat? What if we hit traffic on the 404?
It is flat. The rate comes off the official GTAA tariff, HST included, and it is the same number whether the drive takes 35 minutes or 75. There is no meter running and no surcharge for rush hour, snow, or holidays. The figure you see on the booking page is the figure you pay.
How do I pay?
After the trip, in the car, by card or cash, whichever you prefer. There are no deposits, no payment links, and we never keep a card on file. You book, you ride, then you pay.
How does the pickup work when I land back at Pearson?
We track your flight automatically, so your driver times the pickup to when you actually land. They meet you curbside and text you exactly where they are standing, so you walk straight out of the terminal to the car. Waiting is included for 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, which comfortably covers customs and the baggage carousel.
My flight is delayed. Do I need to call anyone?
No. Flight tracking is automatic, so if your arrival slips two hours, your pickup slips two hours with it and your driver simply leaves Richmond Hill later. If you ever need waiting beyond the included 60 international or 30 domestic minutes, it is billed at the posted per-10-minute rate. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup.
Should I book the sedan or the SUV?
The executive sedan takes up to three passengers with regular luggage and suits most solo and couple trips. The full-size executive SUV takes up to six passengers with more bags, which is the right call for a family heading out on March break, golfers with clubs, or anyone flying home with extra cases. Both classes ride the same flat tariff structure for your address.
We are a group of eight flying out together. Can you handle that?
Yes. For seven or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together, arriving at your door at the same time and travelling as a convoy to the terminal. It works well for extended families and for corporate groups leaving from the Beaver Creek offices. Book once and tell us the headcount; we sort the split.
What if my plans change after I book?
Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before your pickup time, and changing the time or the address is just as simple. For an outbound trip, that means you can adjust right up until the driver is nearly due at your door in Richmond Hill. If the airline moves your flight, tell us the new time or simply rebook; there is no fee either way.
