Barrie airport limo.

Door to terminal between Barrie and Toronto Pearson, one price for the whole city, driven by the same family since 1976.

Ninety kilometres of Highway 400 stand between Barrie and Pearson, and the road behaves very differently depending on the day you travel. A Tuesday at ten is an easy hour; a Friday afternoon in July, with the whole of Toronto heading north past you, is not. Your chauffeur leaves with that in mind and the price does not change either way.

Barrie has no zones. Whether you are at the south end near the mall, up by Georgian College, on the Kempenfelt shoreline or out past Ardagh, the rate is the same, quoted before you book and settled with the driver afterwards. That matters more here than in town, because the difference across a city this size would otherwise be real money.

Winter is the other Barrie fact. Squalls off Georgian Bay can close the 400 with no warning, so on a bad forecast we set out earlier rather than promise a time we cannot keep, and we tell you when we do.

Flat fares, from Barrie

Sedan Lexus ES (up to 3 pax, 3 bags) $194
SUV GMC Yukon XL (up to 6 pax, 5 bags) $214

One published out-of-town rate for the whole of Barrie, HST included, the same to every address and in both directions. It shows on the booking page before you confirm, and it never surges. 90 km · about 60 to 80 minutes to Pearson.

Pickups across Barrie

  • Off-peak the drive runs 60 to 80 minutes on Highway 400 through Bradford and Vaughan. Friday afternoons northbound and Sunday evenings southbound are the two reliably slow windows, and we build the difference into the pickup.
  • For an early departure we usually leave Barrie before the 400 fills at King and Major Mackenzie. A five o'clock pickup for a nine o'clock international flight sounds severe and is the reason our Barrie customers make their flights.
  • The 407 can save time on the southern end of the run when the 400 is backed up at the 401. It is a toll road, so that day's toll is added to the flat rate and the driver tells you the amount at the time of the trip.

Every trip includes

  • GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.
  • Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
  • Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
  • Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.

Barrie questions, answered.

How long does it take to get from Barrie to Pearson?

Between 60 and 80 minutes for the 90 kilometres down Highway 400, outside the weekend cottage traffic. Friday afternoons and Sunday evenings are slower in the opposite directions, and we time the pickup accordingly.

Is it really one price for all of Barrie?

Yes. Barrie sits on our published out-of-town rate, which covers the whole city with no zones and no meter. The waterfront, the south end, Ardagh, Painswick and the Georgian College area are all the same fare.

How early should you collect me for a morning flight?

For an international departure we normally leave Barrie about four hours before the flight, and about three for a domestic one. That covers the drive, the airport time the airline asks for, and the stretch of the 400 that fills up first. Give us your flight number and we confirm the timing with you.

Do you serve Innisfil, Oro-Medonte, Orillia and Wasaga Beach?

Yes, along with Alcona, Stroud, Angus and Midhurst. They are priced separately from Barrie itself because the distances differ; enter the address on the booking page and the exact fare appears before you confirm.

What about the ski season and the roads north of the city?

We run Collingwood, Blue Mountain and Horseshoe through the winter. Lake-effect snow off Georgian Bay is the one thing that genuinely changes a schedule, so on a squall forecast we set out earlier and tell you why rather than gamble with your flight.

What happens if my flight is delayed on the way home?

Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is automatic, the driver works from the actual landing time, and waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

You pay the driver at the end of the trip, by card or cash in the car. No deposit, no payment link, no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 3 hours before an out-of-town pickup.

Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?

The executive sedan takes up to 3 passengers with 3 bags; the Executive SUV takes up to 6 with 5 bags, which is usually the right answer for a family heading south with ski gear or a summer's worth of luggage. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and travel in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book.
