Newmarket airport limo.

Door to terminal between Newmarket and Toronto Pearson, on one published rate for the whole town, driven by the same family since 1976.

Newmarket to Pearson is the 404 south and the 407 west, about forty minutes when the roads are clear, and the 404 in the morning is the one thing that can change that. Your chauffeur arrives at your door in Stonehaven, Glenway, Summerhill or the old streets around Main ahead of the agreed time, with that morning's 404 already in mind, and the fare was fixed when you booked.

One out-of-town rate covers the whole town, HST included, and it is the same number in both directions. A house near Upper Canada Mall, a condo on Davis Drive, and a unit in the Gorham Street industrial area all cost exactly the same. The fare shows on the booking page before you confirm, and you settle it with the driver at the end of the ride, by card or cash, with no deposit and no card on file.

Coming home, your flight is tracked automatically, so a delay simply moves the driver's timing without a call from you. Your chauffeur is curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing, then it is the 407 and the 404 north to your own driveway, or on to Aurora, Holland Landing or East Gwillimbury on their own published rates.

Pickups across Newmarket

  • Off-peak, most Newmarket addresses reach Pearson in about forty minutes by way of the 404 and the 407. Weekday mornings the 404 southbound is heavy from Aurora down, and we build that into the pickup time.
  • The 407 is the fast road on this route and the one the driver usually takes. It is a toll road, so the day's 407 toll is the one thing added to the published rate, and your driver advises before choosing it; the 401 by way of the 404 is the toll-free alternative when time allows.
  • Pickups east of Leslie Street and around Stonehaven are minutes from the 404 at Davis or Mulock; the west side and Glenway reach it along Davis Drive or Mulock Drive, a few minutes more.
  • For a flight before 7 a.m., a pickup around three hours ahead is comfortable from anywhere in town; domestic flights need a little less.
  • Anchors we work from: Southlake Regional Health Centre, Upper Canada Mall and the Yonge Street hotels, historic Main Street, and the Gorham Street and Harry Walker Parkway business areas.

Every trip includes

  • GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.
  • Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
  • Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
  • Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.

Newmarket questions, answered.

How long does it take to get from Newmarket to Pearson?

About forty minutes off-peak, roughly 56 kilometres by way of Highway 404 and the 407. On a weekday morning the 404 southbound can add twenty minutes or more, so we time the pickup around live conditions rather than an average.

Is the fare the same everywhere in Newmarket?

Yes. Newmarket is priced as one out-of-town rate rather than by neighbourhood zone, so Stonehaven, Glenway, downtown and the industrial areas all cost the same, in both directions. HST is included, and gratuity is at your discretion.

Does the 407 toll cost me extra?

The published rate itself never changes with the route. The 407 is a toll road, so if your driver uses it the actual 407 toll is added to your fare at the rate 407etr.com publishes for that day, and the driver tells you before choosing it. The 404 to the 401 is the toll-free alternative and is always available.

When should I be picked up for an early morning flight?

For an international departure before 7 a.m., a pickup around three hours ahead puts you at the terminal with the 404 still empty and the recommended check-in window intact. Domestic flights need a little less. Give us your flight number when you book and we will sanity-check the timing with you.

Do you go to Aurora, Holland Landing and East Gwillimbury?

Yes. Each has its own published rate; enter the exact address on the booking page and the fare appears before you confirm.

What happens when I land back at Pearson, and what if my flight is delayed?

Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is automatic, so the driver works from your actual wheels-down time and adjusts to any delay without a call. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, with anything beyond that billed at the posted per-10-minute rate.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

You pay the driver after the trip, by card or cash in the car. There is no deposit, no payment link, and no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup, and if your flight moves we simply retime the ride.

Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?

The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags, which suits most couples and solo trips. The Executive SUV takes up to 6 passengers with 5 bags, the right call for families or anyone flying with extra luggage. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always ride in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book. For 7 or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together as one booking.
