Burlington airport limo.

Door to terminal between Burlington and Toronto Pearson, driven by the same family since 1976, on a flat rate you settle with the driver after the trip.

Burlington to Pearson is the QEW and the 403 up through Oakville and Mississauga, often under forty minutes outside the rush and a good deal more inside it. Your chauffeur arrives at your door in Aldershot, Roseland, Millcroft, Alton Village or down by the lake on Brant Street ahead of the agreed time, with that morning's QEW already in mind, and the fare does not move whatever it does.

The tariff prices Burlington by neighbourhood zone, so the fare depends on your exact address rather than on the hour or the weather. The starting fares on this page belong to the zone along the QEW service roads at the east end of the city, closest to Pearson; the number climbs as you move west toward downtown and Aldershot and north above Dundas. Put your address into the booking page and your zone's exact fare appears before you confirm, the same in both directions. You pay the driver at the end of the ride, by card or cash, with no deposit and no card on file.

Coming home, your flight is tracked automatically, so a delay simply moves the driver's timing without a call from you. Your chauffeur is curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing, then it is the 403 and the QEW back down to your own driveway, with nothing to organise but your bags.

Pickups across Burlington

  • Off-peak, most Burlington addresses reach Pearson in 35 to 45 minutes on the QEW and the 403. Weekday mornings the QEW through Oakville and the 403 into Mississauga slow badly, and we build that into the pickup time.
  • The 407 crosses the north of the city and is sometimes the faster road, especially from Alton Village and Millcroft. It is a toll road, so the day's 407 toll is the one thing added to the fare, and your driver advises before choosing it.
  • Appleby, Millcroft and the east end are minutes from the QEW; Aldershot and the west end come along Plains Road or the 403, a few minutes more, and are a higher fare zone.
  • For a flight before 7 a.m., a pickup around two and a half to three hours ahead is comfortable from anywhere in the city; domestic flights need a little less.
  • Anchors we work from: Joseph Brant Hospital and the Spencer Smith waterfront, the Brant Street and Lakeshore hotels, Mapleview Centre, and the North and South Service Road office corridors.

Every trip includes

  • GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.
  • Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
  • Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
  • Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.

Burlington questions, answered.

How long does it take to get from Burlington to Pearson?

About 35 to 45 minutes off-peak, roughly 56 kilometres by way of the QEW and Highway 403. Weekday mornings the QEW through Oakville and the 403 into Mississauga can push that past an hour, so we time the pickup around live conditions rather than an average.

Why does the fare depend on my address?

Burlington is priced by neighbourhood zone on the official GTAA tariff rather than as one number for the whole city. The zone along the QEW service roads at the east end is the lowest, being closest to Pearson, and the fare rises toward downtown, Aldershot and the north. Enter your address on the booking page and your zone's exact fare shows before you confirm.

Does the 407 toll cost me extra?

The flat fare itself never changes with the route. The 407 is a toll road, so if your driver uses it the actual 407 toll is added at the rate 407etr.com publishes for that day, and the driver tells you before choosing it. The QEW and the 403 are always available at no extra cost.

When should I be picked up for an early morning flight?

For an international departure before 7 a.m., a pickup around two and a half to three hours ahead puts you at the terminal with the QEW still quiet and the recommended check-in window intact. Domestic flights need a little less. Give us your flight number when you book and we will sanity-check the timing with you.

Is the fare the same in both directions?

Yes. Your zone's rate is identical whether we are taking you to Pearson or bringing you home, and it includes HST. Nothing on it moves for time of day, day of week, weather or traffic. Gratuity is at your discretion.

What happens when I land back at Pearson, and what if my flight is delayed?

Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is automatic, so the driver works from your actual wheels-down time and adjusts to any delay without a call. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, with anything beyond that billed at the posted per-10-minute rate.

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

You pay the driver after the trip, by card or cash in the car. There is no deposit, no payment link, and no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup, and if your flight moves we simply retime the ride.

Sedan or SUV, and how do child seats work?

The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags, which suits most couples and solo trips. The Executive SUV takes up to 6 passengers with 5 bags, the right call for families or anyone flying with extra luggage. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always ride in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age when you book. For 7 or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together as one booking.
