London airport limo.
Door to terminal between London, Ontario and Toronto Pearson, on one published rate for the whole city, driven by the same family since 1976.
London is far enough from Pearson that the drive is a real leg of the journey, two hours of Highway 401 each way, and a long-haul flight on one end of it deserves a car that is certain. Your chauffeur arrives at your door in Old North, Byron, Masonville, Westmount or White Oaks ahead of the agreed time, loads the bags, and takes the 401 east with your check-in time already worked into the departure. There is no meter running and no surge to think about across the two hours.
The whole city is priced as one out-of-town rate, HST included, so a house off Wonderland Road and an office in the Wellington Road business parks cost exactly the same, and the number is identical whether we are taking you to Pearson or bringing you back. The fare shows on the booking page before you confirm, and you settle it with the driver at the end of the ride, by card or cash, with no deposit and no card on file.
The return is the half most people worry about, and it is the half we handle for you. Your flight is tracked automatically, so a late connection or a long wait at customs shifts the driver's timing without a phone call from you. Your chauffeur is curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing, then it is the 401 west past Woodstock and Ingersoll to your own driveway, with nothing to organise but your bags.
Flat fares, from London
One published out-of-town rate for the whole of London, HST included, the same to every address and in both directions. It shows on the booking page before you confirm, and it never surges. 175 km · about 105 to 135 minutes to Pearson.
Pickups across London
- Off-peak, most London addresses reach Pearson in a little under two hours on the 401. Weekday mornings add the 401 through Milton and Mississauga to the end of the run, which is why an early international flight usually means leaving London around four hours before departure.
- Winter matters on this route. The 401 between Woodstock and London sits in the snowbelt, and a squall there can close the highway for hours, so in January and February we lean earlier on the pickup and your driver watches the road reports before setting out.
- North London pickups around Masonville and the Western campus reach the 401 by way of Highbury Avenue or Wonderland Road; south and east London are minutes from the Wellington Road and Highbury interchanges, which shaves a little off the run.
- Fanshawe, Western and the hospitals are daily addresses for us. A parent booking for a student can put the residence address in as the pickup, and the driver texts the student directly on the day.
- Anchors we work from: Richmond Row and the downtown hotels, University Hospital and Victoria Hospital, the Byron and Oakridge neighbourhoods west of Wonderland, and the industrial parks along the 401 on the south side.
Every trip includes
- GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.
- Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
- Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
- Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.
London questions, answered.
How long is the drive from London to Pearson?
Plan on about two hours door to door, roughly 175 kilometres almost entirely on Highway 401. Outside the rush it can be a little quicker; a weekday morning adds the Milton-to-Mississauga stretch of the 401 at its busiest, and winter squalls between London and Woodstock can add much more. We set the pickup for the day you are travelling, not for an average.
Why book a car to Pearson when London has its own airport?
London International has a short list of destinations, and many trips connect through Toronto anyway. Booking a chauffeur straight to Pearson gives you the full choice of direct flights, one flat fare for the whole family, and a pickup time that is set around your check-in rather than around a connection you would rather not make.
When should I be picked up for an early flight?
For an international departure before 9 a.m., a pickup around four hours before your flight is comfortable: two hours of driving, the recommended three-hour check-in window, and a margin for the 401. Domestic flights need about an hour less. Tell us your flight number when you book and we will sanity-check the timing with you.
Is the fare really the same for every address in London?
Yes. London is priced as one out-of-town rate rather than by neighbourhood zone, so a pickup in Byron costs the same as one in Masonville or downtown, and the number is identical in both directions. HST is included, and gratuity is at your discretion.
Do you serve the Western and Fanshawe campuses?
Every day, especially in late August, December and April. A residence or a campus building is a normal pickup and dropoff address, and a parent booking from another city can enter the student as the passenger so the driver's on-the-day text goes to the student's phone. Each campus has its own page with the fare to its exact address.
What happens when I land back at Pearson, and what if my flight is late?
Nothing is required from you. Flight tracking is automatic, so the driver works from your actual wheels-down time and adjusts to any delay without a call. Your chauffeur meets you curbside at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and texts you exactly where they are standing. Waiting is included, 60 minutes on international arrivals and 30 on domestic, counted from wheels-down, with anything beyond that billed at the posted per-10-minute rate.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay the driver after the trip, by card or cash in the car. There is no deposit, no payment link, and no card on file. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup, and if your flight moves we simply retime the ride.
Sedan or SUV, and what about child seats or a bigger group?
The executive sedan carries up to 3 passengers with 3 bags. Two hours is a long time to sit with a suitcase on your lap, so for 4 or more people, or a long-haul packing job, book the Executive SUV, which takes up to 6 passengers with 5 bags. Child seats are free, up to two per booking, and always ride in the Executive SUV, so tell us each child's age. For 7 or more passengers we dispatch multiple vehicles together as one booking.
