Insurance and licensing.

Airview Limo carries commercial passenger insurance well above the GTAA's minimum requirement for licensed chauffeured operators. Every vehicle, every driver, every passenger is covered for the full trip.

We're a registered Ontario commercial carrier with a current MTO operator's licence, GTAA Pearson commercial permit, and City of Mississauga ground-transportation licence. All three are renewed on schedule, every year, without exception.

For corporate clients running RFPs: we'll provide certificates of insurance, naming-as-additional-insured letters, and current licence copies on request, usually within one business day.

Vehicle inspection.

Every vehicle in the Airview fleet is inspected on a published cadence. Daily by the chauffeur before the first dispatch, weekly by our shop, and on the regulatory schedules set by the MTO and GTAA. We don't run trip insurance retroactively. We run it before the trip starts.

Daily pre-trip walk-around
Lights, tires, fluids, interior cleanliness, child-seat hardware. Logged by the driver before the first dispatch.
Weekly shop inspection
Brake wear, fluid levels, tire rotation if needed, interior steam clean. Documented in our fleet record.
MTO commercial vehicle inspection
Per Ontario's commercial-carrier schedule, including the annual safety standards certificate.
GTAA inspection
Required for every commercial vehicle permitted at Pearson, on the GTAA's schedule.
Out-of-service threshold
Any vehicle that fails a check is pulled from dispatch immediately. We do not run "good enough" cars.

Live trip monitoring.

Every Airview trip is visible to our dispatch desk in real time. The vehicle is tracked by GPS, the driver's status (assigned, en route, on site, with passenger, completed) is logged, and inbound flights are tracked automatically for airport pickups.

For most customers this is invisible. The reason matters when something goes wrong. A flight diverts to Hamilton. Traffic on the 401 turns a 40-minute pickup into a 75-minute one. A passenger's phone is dead and they need to be reached. Live monitoring is what makes the dispatcher's two-rings answer useful rather than performative.

What "live-tracked" means here. Dispatch sees vehicle position, ETA, and trip status on a single screen. Flight numbers are pulled from public flight APIs and tied to the booking. If your flight is delayed, the pickup shifts automatically. No customer text required.

Privacy of trip data. Location data is retained only as long as needed for service quality and incident review. We don't sell trip data, don't share it with third-party marketing platforms, and don't use it for anything outside running the company's dispatch.

If something goes wrong.

Most trips are uneventful. The ones that aren't, we want you talking to a person within two rings of dialing. Here's the protocol our team follows.

Accident protocol
If a vehicle is in a collision, the passenger's safety is the first call. The second is our dispatcher, who arranges replacement transportation within 30 minutes (anywhere in the GTA, longer for out-of-region).
Medical or urgent need
Drivers are trained to call 911 first and dispatch second. We don't ask drivers to make medical judgments.
Lost item
Email or call within 48 hours. We pull the trip record, contact the driver, and arrange return either by complimentary courier (within the GTA) or by registered mail for longer-distance recoveries.
Complaint or service issue
Calls of any kind reach a manager the same day. Resolved or refunded within two business days, usually faster.
