University of Toronto airport limo.

Toronto Pearson to King's College Circle and every college residence on the flat downtown fare, either direction, with the one-way streets left to the driver.

Pearson to U of T, flat

Sedan up to 3 passengers, 3 bags $77
SUV up to 6 passengers, 5 bags $97

The flat GTAA-tariff fare for 27 King's College Circle, Toronto, ON M5S 1A1, HST included, the same in both directions. Toronto is priced by neighbourhood zone, so a residence a few streets away can sit in a different zone; enter the exact address and your fare shows before you confirm. 28 km · about 30 to 45 minutes. Never surges.

The St. George campus fills the blocks between Bloor, Spadina, College and Bay, about 28 kilometres from Pearson and 30 to 45 minutes by car: the 427 to the Gardiner and up Spadina or York, or the 401 and down the Allen when the Gardiner is closed for something. The drive is short; the last five minutes are the part that matters, because every college has its own residence, its own entrance, and its own one-way street to reach it.

The address falls in the downtown zone of the official GTAA tariff, so the fare above is the flat number for the campus itself, HST included, in both directions. The driver takes payment at the residence door, by card or cash in the car. A parent arranging this from abroad is not asked for a deposit or a card; the fare is settled with the driver on the day. The Mississauga and Scarborough campuses are their own zones; enter either address and the booking page shows its fare.

Alongside the September and January arrivals, this trip carries visiting professors to Robarts, families to convocation, and patients' relatives to the hospitals along University Avenue. The sedan suits a parent visit or a weekend home, three passengers and three bags; the SUV, six and five, is what a first-year's move-in usually needs.

Your first landing at Pearson, in order

  1. Your flight is tracked automatically from the moment you book, so a late departure or a slow taxi to the gate moves your driver's timing without a call from anyone.
  2. Included waiting starts from wheels-down: 60 minutes on international arrivals, 30 on domestic. That is enough for immigration, a study permit interview, and baggage for almost everyone.
  3. When you reach arrivals with your bags, look at your phone. Your chauffeur has texted the exact spot they are standing, curbside at your terminal, with the car's licence plate.
  4. Walk out, find the plate, and the driver loads everything. Nothing to sign and nothing to pay yet.
  5. At the campus door you pay the driver, by card or cash in the car, exactly the flat fare you saw when the trip was booked. HST is already in it.

Where the car goes on campus

  • Every college residence has a door the driver goes to directly: Chestnut Residence on Chestnut Street, New College on Willcocks, University College's Whitney and Morrison Halls, Innis on St. George, Woodsworth on Bloor, Victoria's Burwash, Margaret Addison and Rowell Jackman Halls, Trinity's St. Hilda's, St. Michael's Sorbara and Elmsley Halls, and Graduate House on Harbord. Name the residence in the booking notes.
  • Convocation Hall, Robarts Library, Hart House and the hospitals along University Avenue are the drop-offs visitors ask for most, all inside the same downtown zone.
  • The Mississauga campus on Mississauga Road and the Scarborough campus on Military Trail are separate zones with their own fares; the booking page shows the number as soon as the campus address is entered.
  • Downtown one-way streets and the Gardiner's closures are the driver's problem, not yours. A closure changes the route, never the fare.
  • Off-peak the drive is about 30 minutes; a weekday afternoon or a Gardiner closure can run it to 45. On the way out, the pickup hour is set from live downtown traffic and the airline's check-in window.

Every trip includes

  • GTAA-tariff flat rate. HST included.
  • Meet & greet at arrivals: coming soon.
  • Flight tracking automatically. If you land early, the driver knows; if you're delayed, the pickup shifts.
  • Complimentary airport wait from wheels-down: 60 minutes international, 30 domestic.
  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.

U of T questions, answered.

How much is a limo from Pearson to U of T?

The fare above is the flat GTAA-tariff rate for the St. George campus address, HST included, the same in both directions and for every college residence on the campus. Enter your exact address on the booking page and the fare shows before you confirm.

What about the Mississauga and Scarborough campuses?

Each is its own zone on the tariff with its own flat fare. Enter the campus address on the booking page and its number shows before you confirm; the process is otherwise identical.

Can a parent outside Canada book for a student?

Yes. Enter your own mobile with its country code, tick that you are booking for someone else, and give the student's number. You receive the confirmation; the student receives the driver's curbside location and plate by text on landing. Payment is settled with the driver at the residence, so nothing is charged in advance and no card is kept.

What if the flight is late or immigration takes an hour?

The flight is tracked automatically and the driver works from the actual landing time. Waiting is included from wheels-down, 60 minutes on an international arrival and 30 on domestic. Beyond that it is billed at the posted per-10-minute rate, and the driver stays.

Where does the driver meet a first-time arrival?

Curbside at arrivals at the student's terminal, and the student is told exactly where by text before they reach the carousel, along with the car's plate. If their phone has no Canadian service yet, add a parent's number to the booking.

Will the driver find the right residence door?

Yes. Name the college and the residence in the booking notes and the driver goes to that entrance, not to King's College Circle. The one-way streets between Spadina and Bay are routine for us.

Which vehicle for a move-in?

The SUV: six passengers, five checked bags, and room for two large cases and a carry-on each. The sedan carries three passengers and three bags and suits a visit, convocation or a lighter trip home.

Can I change or cancel?

Changes are a message away and cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup. Arrival delays are handled by the flight tracking; on the departure leg, tell us once and the pickup moves.
